Shipping Policy

All products ship out from our warehouse located in CT, USA. 

Stella Clothing Boutique is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items. Please note that ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION is included with all purchases for a small fee (as low as $0.98) and this provides insurance on your purchase. If your item is lost, damaged or stolen, you can submit a claim to your carrier. You can also contact Route, if you added this to your order, and have them investigate your claim and provide resolution. After purchase you will receive a separate email from Route providing details on how to track your package, download the app, and manage any claims that could arise.

Note: If a customer declines Route package insurance during checkout, Stella Clothing Boutique will not assume liability for any lost, damaged, or stolen merchandise.

$7 flat rate for standard ground shipping (5-7BD). We ship UPS or USPS based on fastest shipping speed available!

2-day shipping: $22

Next-day shipping: $35

International shipping: $20 standard ground (3-20BD)

We offer FREE continental U.S. Shipping for all orders over $100

 

Holiday Shipping: 

During the holiday season, shipping may experience delays due to high volume, worker shortages, and global supply chain issues. Because of this, we ask that you allow extra time for your purchase to be delivered that may extend beyond our standard shipping timeframe. We appreciate your patience.
