Once an order is placed, unfortunately you are not able to cancel. Our orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You may return your order for store credit (Stella Clothing Boutique Gift Card) once you receive it. We are unable to accept exchanges at this time, only returns. Please see our return policy below.  



You can submit your return in our Return Portal. All returns submitted will be evaluated and approved or denied by our staff. If your return is denied, it is either because it is passed our return policy timeline, or it was an item purchased on sale, which is FINAL SALE ONLY. Please read below for all regulations regarding returns. 

- Returns may be made within 30 days from when your order is shipped for ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLY. 

-Any item that is ON SALE, marked FINAL SALE, and/or purchased using a discount code or automatic discount 30% or greater may NOT be returned. 

-Items being returned must be unworn, returned in the same condition they were shipped to you, not smell of deodorant, perfume or any other substance. We have the authority to not accept and decline a return item that is damaged and/or seems to have been worn. Which in this case, your item may be shipped back to you, incurring a charge of $6. 

-If you return your item that was not eligible for return, you will be contacted by our team and asked to pay a $6 shipping charge to be shipped back to you. We will hold all items for 10 days which there after will be donated to charity.

-All return items must be IN THE MAIL and post marked within 30 days from the day your item had shipped from our warehouse. If your item is returned past the 30 day mark, we will ship your package back to you and you may be subject to additional shipping charges.

-If you receive an item that is damaged, you must notify our team via email at within 72 hours of your item being delivered. You must submit your email with pictures of the damaged item(s). 

-Once your return is approved, a return label will be emailed to the email you have provided us in your order. Please double check your junk mail if you do not see the label in your regular mailbox. 

-Please allow 4-7 BUSINESS DAYS for your return to be processed once it is received at our warehouse. You will be emailed once your return is processed and approved with a coupon code you may use towards your store credit. Please note: $6 in shipping charges will be deducted from your return store credit. Your original shipping charges also will not be reimbursed to you.

  • Any items purchased using a discount 31% or greater
  • Accessory Items: Any Jewelry, Scarves, Bags, Hats, Belts, etc
  • Any orders over the 30 day marked above

PLEASE NOTE: Proof of shipment is required before a refund can be processed. This means that the shipping label must be scanned in by the carrier in order to be tracked. When you drop off your return, you should also request a receipt confirming that the item was dropped off to the carrier. Stella Clothing Boutique is not responsible for returns that are lost, damaged, or that the carrier fails to scan into their system.
